Monthly association fees are due on the 1st of each month.  The payments are made to Jim Curley Property Management.  When you move in to the Rolling River Subdivision, you should receive a coupon book with payment information. If not, please call the office of Jim Curley Property Management or contact a board member.  There are several ways to make your monthly payments that include by mail, check or in person, Bank Draft, Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card*, your bank’s online bill-pay and ACH/Recurring Automatic Draft.
