Originally built in 1978, Rolling River is a neighborhood of 328 homes tucked in the bend of the Harpeth River in the northwest corner of Davidson County.  It’s a wonderful place to make great friends, have fun and raising a family.

Our association is managed by a volunteer board of neighborhood residents and governed according to by-laws developed when Rolling River was developed. This keeps our dues down and our community involved.  Together, with the help of neighbor volunteers, our neighborhood provides a great place to live and raise a family.  While decisions are made by the board, all accounting and financial management is provided by locally owned property management company, Jim Curley Properties.  Any questions you have regarding homeowner dues, involvement in the community and community activities can be found on the Rolling River website.  If you have a question or find information inaccurate or missing, please email the board: [email protected]

Amenities that make our neighborhood great (besides the people!) include an outdoor pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, great playground, sand volleyball court, volleyball teams that participate in a league during the summer/fall months, soccer fields, tennis courts and furnished clubhouse for use of residents. During the Halloween and Christmas season, awards/recognition are given for best decorated home. Rolling River has a bike path on the main road and lots of hills provide a great workout for bike riding and vigorous walks anytime! A few level roads exist for those preferring a less challenging workout. Our neighborhood backs up the Green way allowing for exploration of our neighborhood and beyond.
