If you are new to Rolling River, there are several important pieces of information you need to know:

DUES

Monthly association fees are due on the 1st of each month.  The payments are made to Jim Curley Property Management.  When you move in to the Rolling River Subdivision, you should receive a coupon book with payment information. If not, please call the office of Jim Curley Property Management or contact a board member.  There are several ways to make your monthly payments that include by mail, check or in person, Bank Draft, Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card*, your bank’s online bill-pay and ACH/Recurring Automatic Draft.

CONSTRUCTION ON YOUR HOME

Adding on to your home or major changes to the outside of your home including building a fence, adding a storage building, must follow association by-laws which includes approval by the Architectural Committee. Before beginning any work on your home submit your request to the board or directly to the architectural committee. The form for submission is below and on the home improvements tab.

MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS

Monthly board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the clubhouse. The clubhouse is located off of Rolling River Parkway at 7348 Rolling River Parkway.

ANNUAL BOARD MEETING

The annual meeting and community picnic is held each year in June.  Items included in this meeting includes complete review of annual budget, election of new board members when terms have expired and a picnic with great food and the best company in Nashville!
