Monday –Thursday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Labor Day: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Pool Manager:           

Lifeguards will be on duty at all times. The pool season will begin the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, May 27, 2023 and will close the Monday of Labor Day weekend September 4, 2023.

**PLEASE NOTE: The guards do not manage payment of homeowner dues, collection of late homeowner dues and/or any issues with dues. All matters related to dues must be handled through Jim Curley Properties.

POOL CARDS/POOL ENTRY/ADMISSION

  • Rolling River DUES MUST BE CURRENT in order to be eligible to receive a pool card.  If your dues are not current, see instructions below.
  • Residents entering the pool must have pool card to enter the pool.
    • While some of the guards may recognize you as a resident, others may not. You must have your card.
  • Rolling River pool cards are issued in the name(s) of the homeowner.
    • If you rent, please check with the homeowner.
  • ONLY Rolling River residents can use the pool cards to enter the pool.
    • Anyone who is not a resident found to be using a pool card will be asked to leave.
  • Residents can bring guests. (See guest policy below).
    • Residents must be at the pool with their guest during their stay at the pool.

How do Rolling River residents obtain a pool card?

  • Cards will be available for pick up at the pool on opening day and throughout the summer.
  • Cards are issued in the name of the homeowner.
    • A household resident 18 yrs. or older can pick up the pool card with proper ID showing relationship and residence of the property.
  • Only residents with current dues will have cards available at the pool.

Where do residents obtain a pool card?

  • Cards will be available for pick up at the pool on opening day and throughout the summer.

What if my dues are not current, what do I do to get my pool card?

  1. If you want to pay your dues and get your pool card, you can do that at the office of Jim Curley Properties-615-646-8899.

LOST POOL CARD

  • There is a $25.00 fee to replace any lost pool cards and homeowner is responsible for contacting Curley Properties for replacement.

GENERAL RULES: (based on health department guidelines and safety of residents)

  • Residents entering the pool must have pool card to enter the pool.
  • ONLY Rolling River residents can use the pool cards to enter the pool.
    • Anyone who is not a resident found to be using a pool card will be asked to leave.
  • Children under the age of 12 years old will not be permitted in the pool area without an accompanying parent or adult.
  • Residents can bring guests. (See guest policy below).
    • Residents must be at the pool with their guest during their stay at the pool.
    • While some of the guards may recognize you as a resident, others may not. You must have your card.
  • Accidents can cause pool closure. Infants/toddlers using the pool must wear a clean disposable swim diaper.
    • Preferably covered by separate rubber/vinyl pants, all of which, must fit snugly around the legs and waist.
  • Disposable diapers are not allowed.
  • Baby Pool
    • Parents are responsible for their children in the baby pool.
    • There is no lifeguard in the baby pool area.
    • Only non-swimmers in the baby pool.
  • No Pets of any kind will be permitted in the pool or pool area.
  • No Glass allowed in the pool or pool area.  
  • Food permitted-at tables. Food is not permitted within a 2-foot radius of the pool edge.
    • Please clean up after yourself and do not leave food and drinks. Spilled food and drinks can create an ant problem. There are waste receptacles located throughout the pool area.
  • No horseplay or raucous behavior is prohibited.
  • Lifeguards have the authority to enforce proper behavior of pool users.
  • Pool users should feel free to inform the lifeguard of improper behavior of other pool users.
  • Rescue equipment must NOT be handled except in case of emergencies.

GUESTS:

  • There is a guest fee of $2.00 per guest Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
    • Exception: If they have traveled over 50 miles to visit you.
  • Each household is allowed to have up to five guests at one time. 
  • Residents are responsible for their guest and are not to leave guests at the pool unattended.

PARTIES

  1. If you are planning a pool party you will be required to pay $2.00 per guest (any day of the week) and are asked to please notify the pool manager 1-2 weeks in advance in case there is a need to add extra staff.
  2. “Parties” are considered more than 5 guests (non residence) at one time.

UNEXPECTED INCIDENTS/POOL CLOSURE:

  • When accidents occur involving feces, vomit, or other bodily fluids, there are Health Department guidelines regarding treatment of the water/system that are required before swimmers can re-enter the water. The pool staff will do all that they can to ensure the pool is re-opened as soon as possible.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

For inclement weather and/or unsafe pool condition, the pool has to be cleared.

  1. In case of thunder, residents and guests are asked to exit the pool water for 30 minutes from the last sound of thunder.
  2. In case of lightning, residents and pool quests are asked to leave the pool deck for 1 hour from the last sighting of lightning.
  3. If the pool closed due to storms, it may remain closed for the day by the discretion of the RRHA Board and pool manager.  This information should be left on the answering machine and posted at the pool gate.

HOMEOWNERS/RESIDENTS SHOULD SHARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INFORMING THE LIFEGUARD OR THE RRHA BOARD OF ABUSE OF THE POOL RULES.
